Cleveratom have had many years experience developing bespoke training courses for people of all ages to help organisations embed all aspects of ICT. We start with the basic skills your organisation needs, and we determine this through a thorough needs analysis process.

We work closely with the people involved to help establish what is necessary and what is desirable, and then create unique online and face-to-face training modules. The process is always supported by skilled facilitators and we regularly get complimented on our approach.

The needs analysis looks at core ICT skills, aimed at supporting curriculum delivery, advanced skills which extend the ability of the participant and reuires them to be more creative in how they deliver units of work themselves, and also their wider professional effectiveness, where we consider how they use ICT to help them in their day-to-day lives, such as when planning, assessing or record keeping.

Where sections are not appropriate for an individual we explore their role more closely and suggest ways forward that are unique and above all, personalised.
